Two Protesters Shot Dead In Sudan As Thousands Rally Against Coup

Sudanese coup forces shot dead two protesters on Monday. The report begins with the French TV channel describing how the young people suddenly attack the coup forces.

Sudanese coup forces shot dead two protesters on Monday in a crackdown on rallies against last year’s military coup and the arrest of scores of pro-democracy activists, medics said.

As usual, the French television channel (France 24) has a somewhat beautifying picture of the coup forces’ actions. France 24 is a French state-owned international news television network based in Paris. Its channels broadcast in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish and are aimed at the overseas market.

The report begins with the TV channel describing how the young people suddenly attack the coup forces with stone-throwing. Then they describe how the coup forces are forced to “defend” themselves with some water and some harmless Israeli gas. The death toll is always a little bit favorable for the military junta. This is not the first time France 24 has made these embellishments of al-Burhan’s military coup.

We reported yesterday: “the coup forces do not show any restraint at all. It is a deliberate slaughter ordered by al-Burhan and Dagalo”.

Moreover, I think al-Burhan has lost all dignity, honor and identity.
He is an enemy of God, the Sudanese, and the humanity.
